Pizza wrap.
403 kcal per wrap
Recipe:
Pizza:
1 tortilla wrap (125 kcal)
4 tbsp tomato sauce (40 kcal)
3 handfuls of shredded cheese (150 kcal)
Toppings:
50g chicken shreds (58 kcal)
1 slice of pineapple (30 kcal)
Put the wrap on a oven-friendly plate.
First cover the wrap in tomato sauce, then add the cheese, then the toppings.
Put the pizza in a preheated oven (200C) for 8-10 minutes until the wrap is hardened and the cheese is all melted.
This is what they looked like cold (I made one for me and two for my dad)
And this is what mine looked like when it came out of the oven:
As you can see, it looked pretty amazing.
It tasted amazing too.
And it was really, REALLY small.
Yup, this is one of those 'if you eat half, it's only half the calories' kinds of recipes.
So, my opinion on this:
Difficulty:
★
It was pretty easy. Just put it all together and throw it in the oven.

I LOVE pizza. And this tasted just like home-made pizza.
It didn't taste like the frozen kind of pizza, with the chemically processed cheese,
but as far as I'm concerned, that's a good thing.
Not everyone will like the 'fresh' taste to this, though, especially if they think pizza 'should'
taste like the ones you get at the grocery store.
Portion size:
★ ★
It's half a pizza.
It's half as thick and half as big.
And it has half the calories.
The only redeeming qualities this has is that this is a fresh pizza and those
are almost always higher kcal.
So if you really want some healthy, fresh pizza instead of the frozen variety,
this is the best option.
Also, this is a lot cheaper than either fresh OR frozen pizza,
since you can make +/- six of these for the same money as ONE regular pizza would cost you.
But yeah, for 400 kcal I would like a meal that doesn't have me say
'I could easily have another one of these' when I'm done eating.
